You can try Stagepad for free on the Free plan. If you still pay for a plan and it does not work for you, we refund you in these cases.
14 days from the first payment
If you ask within 14 days of the first payment of a subscription, monthly or annual, we refund it in full, no questions asked.
Renewals
Monthly renewals are not refunded; cancel before the renewal date to avoid paying again. If an annual renewal caught you by surprise, ask within 14 days and we refund it.
How to ask
From the receipt Creem sends you or by writing to hello@stagepad.app. Creem, our reseller, returns the money to the same payment method; depending on your bank it takes 5 to 10 business days.
What happens next
The community goes back to the Free plan and nothing is deleted: what you uploaded stays visible.
Your rights
This policy does not limit the rights your country’s consumer law gives you.
