Terms of service
Updated on October 5, 2026
These terms govern your use of Stagepad (stagepad.app), a service for organizing football tournaments. Stagepad is operated by Eduardo Maturana, from Chile. By creating an account or using Stagepad you accept these terms.
Your account
You need an account to organize tournaments. You are responsible for what is done with it and for keeping your email up to date, since that is where sign-in links arrive.
What you upload
The tournaments, teams, players and results you upload are yours. You allow us to store them and show them according to the visibility you choose. Do not upload illegal or offensive content, or other people’s data without their permission.
Plans and payments
Free costs nothing. Paid plans are monthly or annual subscriptions per community, at the prices published on stagepad.app, and they renew automatically until you cancel. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem. Creem is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it handles billing inquiries and refunds. Prices include taxes: what you see is what you pay, and Creem files your country’s tax.
Cancel or downgrade
You can cancel at any time from your community’s Plan page, without writing to anyone, and the plan stays until the end of the paid period. Downgrading deletes nothing: what you uploaded stays visible, and you only stop being able to create or edit what the new plan does not include.
Changes
We may change Stagepad, its prices and these terms. We will email you at least 30 days before a price change affects your next renewal.
Availability
We do our best to keep Stagepad running and we back up your data, but the service is provided as is, without a guarantee that it never fails.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for Stagepad in the last 12 months.
Suspension
We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or abuses the service. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without limiting the rights your country’s consumer law gives you.
